I believe life is all about balance. You lose one thing, you gain another in return.
My fitness journey began when I started exercising and eating healthy in order to lose some weight. For the pounds I lost, I gained an interest and knowlege for fitness and how the human body works.
This interest turned into a hobby, and then a passion, which led me towards the decision of becoming a personal trainer.
I understand that not everybody enjoys exercising, and that people may not have the time or motivation to get started. That is why I am here to help!
I tailor my training programs to client's personal needs and interests, which helps them to find a balance between exercising and leading their everyday lives.
I also like making workouts interesting and entertaining, by using a variety of different exercises to guide clients through their fitness journey.

Having the knowlege and qualifications that I do, I can ensure you'll reach your goals whilst having fun, and find the balance that you deserve.
