I have been training for eight years, 3 years of which I spent training in mixed martial arts. I then switched over to the gym and fell in love with it. I have found my passion!
I specialise in strength training, weight loss, muscle building and cardiovascular endurance and have a wide and varied knowledge of training and I can apply this experience when advising our members and keeping them motivated.
I am a qualified gym instructor so I can use my knowledge and my years of training to understand your goals and needs as gym user. I am always looking to learn new things and increase the knowledge and the qualifications that I have and will be working towards my personal trainer qualification in the new year.
Being a friendly and approachable person I can build a good working client relationship quickly and efficiently, I am super passionate about fitness and this shines through when I am on the gym floor as I become just as passionate about helping our gym members achieve their goals.
I know myself how hard the journey is from being overweight, unfit, not very strong and just generally unhappy with the way you look, I have been there and done that, let me help you on your fitness journey!
