I am very passionate about health and fitness and I am always seeking to improve my already vast knowledge and experience in the field. I strongly believe that a major part of achieving set goals and sticking with a training regime is to keep the training as fresh and enjoyable as possible and making sure that you understand why and how the training is helping you reach your specific goals. This is why I always aim to keep you well informed and the training fun and non-repetitive to keep you enthusiastic and always on your toes.
I also have empathy for clients working with limited time to train because of other commitments such as work and looking after children. I myself have worked shifts and nights and know how hard it can be to motivate yourself to keep fit and healthy after a hard day at work. This is where the personal in personal training really comes into effect, every person is different and my training regimes, nutritional advice and session plans are made to fit around every aspect of your life to make reaching your goals achievable and avoid you falling off the fitness wagon.
I myself love to keep fit and when I'm not setting the pace in spin classes or leading GRIT sessions I enjoy lifting weights and playing football a couple of times a week.
I know from the outside looking in, getting fit and into shape can seem intimidating so my main aim for my clients is to show them that when reaching the different destinations on your fitness journey, that it doesn't have to be one big boring slog and that you can enjoy your ride towards a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
